Refund Eligibility
- Courses:
- Refunds are only available if requested within 7 days of purchase and if less than 10% of the course content has been accessed or completed.
- No refunds will be issued for courses once they are more than 10% completed.
- Workshops and Bootcamps:
- Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the event will be eligible for a full refund.
- No refunds will be provided for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the event.
- Digital Products:
- Refunds are not available for downloadable materials or templates due to the nature of digital goods.
Process to Request a Refund
To initiate a refund:

- Our team will review your request within 5 business days and respond with the outcome.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
Non-Refundable Items
- Subscription fees for memberships.
- Personalized or custom-made courses or training.
- Any purchases made during promotional periods (e.g., discounted or bundle offers).
